Not clean. Staff behavior inappropriate felt unsafe

This hotel when I first checked in smelt like rotten fish. The next night there was a room fire. Third night a company had their work van stolen and the fourth night a prostitute was busted in the room next to mine. Worst stay ever.

The staff was nice, but did not fix any of the issues I had. The stove did not work, and in 4 days they did not even go up to check it. The "breakfast" was awful , just granola bars. A banana, or an apple would have been great. Coffee terrible

I appreciate the property manager handling our check in and telling me all I needed to know. But later that night, 9:20pm, I asked the young lady if I could have an extra pillow and blanket because I needed 2 for my back, and I get sick when the heater is on. She said she needed to finish washing the blankets and she would check on the pillow. I asked her to call me in room 104 when the blanket was finished washing. I was disappointed that my husband and I were not able to have the king sized room we reserved, but had to settle for a queen. The check-in process was extremely slow and while the Hotels.com site said breakfast was available, it was not provided. We will not be staying there again.

Lobby backed up took 1 and a half hours to check in. Room was filthy, bathroom in particular

Venue changed, refund promised but not received. We were contacted by phone and rerouted to another property in Kent, quite a ways from the concert venue. We were advised the cost of our stay would be covered by Extended Stay, however, we have not received a credit for the amount that was prepaid.

Guy at front desk was very nice and helpful with information about the area. Elevator floor was dirty all 3 days we were there. At night people wondering around the parking lot. Coffee was good but not much of anything for breakfast.
