The rooms were okay, nothing special about them. I made a reservation at this location and put an accompany on the room. They told me I had to fill out an authorization form (which I had no problem doing) to authorize my card with a different person checking in. When my accompany came, immediately the MANAGER was rude and dismissive towards her. This property has gone down hill since 2016. Feels a bit like a garrison. Obtuse parking especially for someone new to the property. All parking shows do not park or gated. Nothing noted for where to arrive or check in Staff friendliness varies from kind to indifferent to condescending Will not stay again

Horrible hotel… it was a nightmare stay for us The person who helped us to check in was so rude and we felt like she is being rasicst. We booked a room with kitchen, but no kitchen appliance or cookware was not provided, not even a spoon or plate was there. When asked about it to the front desk she said she can’t provide it because she wants time to wash and give it to us. Room was stinky with rat poop. No soap or shampoo was provided. Horrible stay….

MY ROOM SMELLED LIKE WET DOG, AS IF THE CARPET WAS JUST WASHED AND WET DOG ODOR FILLED MY ROOM, I HAD TO CRACK MY DOOR AND OPEN THE WINDOWS. IF THERE WAS NO WET DOG SMELL I WOULD HAVE GIVING A MUCH MORE POSITIVE REVIEW.

I've emailed corporate already but my $250 room for 2 nights was disgusting, old food, food wrapping garbage, dirt/ dust. Wish i could send pictures. As well as the loud ass people right outside my window with their car with no exhaust, loud music and yelling at eachother, so loud and clear the might as well be in my room with me at 3am mind you so no sleep there the 2nd night and the first night was i think the room next to me sounded like they were remodeling their room with the 30 minutes of what sounded like them poundin... read more
