The hotel smelled. The bathroom needs a remodel you can see cracks in a couple places. the water pressure aint right. im nig sure why theres not someone always at the front desk it took them 20 minutes to notice i was there for check in and check out. I will never stay here again

Never again Besides the good rate I found for this hotel , it’s a terrible place to stay ! I changed the room because my complaint was that I found cockroaches in the sink , the floor more than once ! The pool seemed not cleaned , the water was dark ! Breakfast, they put on the site : Continental breakfast , but just cereal bars and coffee!! I can’t take these bars since I am allergic to some ingredients so , I had to go somewhere to have my morning meal ! Terrible place .. don’t waste your money here !

Strange experience It appears as though this is a place that people live at, and is not suited for overnight guests. At check-in a woman was literally moving all of her belongings in. There was noise all night, the hairdryer didn't work, it smelled musty in the room. Spend the extra money and stay elsewhere.

Don't count on having a room They overbooked us, transferred our reservation to another hotel. Confirmed our room at 8pm that evening as we boarded our plane. Arrived and went to new confirmed location. They oversold our room and wouldn't even let us in to help. Stranded at 1am in Tampa with 2 kids and no room to stay. Never again, and will never use Expedia again!!!

Skop this one Dirty, loaded with roaches, no ice on site if you want ice you have to use ice trays. Air conditioner only workef for 3 hours. GROSS bathroom.

Don't stay here!! I booked this hotel because it was close to the airport and the activities that I wanted to do with the kids.I picked this hotel because of the full kitchen, but it had no dishes, utensils etc.After a long flight to Orlando and the drive to the hotel I got there after 8. Knowing it was 1 adult and 2 kids common sense would have told the staff that we would be using the pull out couch. There were no linens for it. I had to go down to the desk to ask. Nightmarish stay, full of roaches, no AC!! The room was infested by cockroaches. Several crawled over me as well during my stay. The could be found in the Kitchen, desk, and in the bathroom. The AC was not working, was sweating even at 60F setting. I complained to the front desk, who offered 5% discount and I told her I was horrified by the condition. Booked a room on memorial, theu didnt have any rooms available and had to send me to another hotel.... the staff was nice at the other hotel but I disnt enjoy being told that they rented my room out.... caused a lot of extended travel and time...

Roach hotel! Roaches, and not palmetto bugs, but roaches. Dog crap in the middle of the hall. Obnoxious people yelling at all hours of the night. Recipe for disaster. Shouldve paid ME to stay there.
