The web said there was shuttle service to the hotel. Not so. The elevator did not work and we were put on the 3rd floor with no other option. No coffee in the morning. Grab and go breakfast was really bars available. No hairdryer in the room....and none available.

Dirty run down place. Dirty rooms, soaking wet floor near air conditioner. We had a fold out couch bed for the kids that had no sheets on it, and the mattress was severely stained. It was probably the dirtiest place I have ever stayed, and I travel weekly for work. We picked it because it was close to the airport, but we will never stay in an Extended Stay America hotel again.

Supposedly a smoke free room that stank of smoke. Thin towels, thin bedspread, loud AC and no free shuttle to airport as advertised. Worst hotel experience in a really long time. And at $175/night. Ugh

I did not stay here because they gave my room away. I didn’t know that I had to arrive by 6:00 pm. I won’t reserve a room at this hotel chain again.

No coffee pot in the room. I realize you can ask for one but...no airport shuttle. No breakfast. Hallway on 2nd floor smelled like sewer.

I arrived late. The night audit was taking place on the computer so I had to wait for it to finish before I could check in. The overnight lady was very nice so I didn't mind waiting. When the audit was done, she gave me my keys and I went to the third floor only to find that the keys didn't work in the lock. Went back down and she gave me a new key card that didn't work either.
