Room was tidy but worn, stains on carpet and microwave

The room had a strong odor like chemical, probably used to clean the room since is a pet friendly hotel. During my stay the room was never cleaned. ( beds done and towels changed)

The room was filthy. I think that says it all. Again, the room was filthy.

Room had been cleaned, but the carpet was sticky and gross, had to wear our shoes any time we walked on it. The fixtures in the bathroom and kitchen were cleaned but in general disrepair. Staff seem to be good but the property needs serious work.

Bedding was outdated. The mattress was worn and the pillows flat. The tv stations were lacking selections. The smell of Marijuana throughout our hallway was unbaring brought it up to the staff, they seemed to not care

Room was dirty and smelled like wet dog. The shower had like an oily feel on the floor had to put towells all over it. Bottom line avoid it if you can.

No THANK YOU!!!!!! Bad. Horrible. Dirty. Shady characters hanging around the dark parking lot smoking weed or something. Bad. Oh and by the way. I didn’t have a room when I arrived. They gave it away. So had to scramble to find another place AT MIDNIGHT!

Stay elsewhere The room was supposed to be non smoking but it smelled like cigarettes and there was burn marks on the counters. It stunk the bed was awful and the room was disgustingly dirty! No trash cans nothing in the room either! Staff wasn’t helpful.

Nothing, will never stay here again. First they gave us a room that had not been cleaned, sheets on the beds were not changed. There was still a burrito in the microwave from previous guest. Then they gave us a different room, this one was cleaner but someone was playing loud music all night long. Will not stay here again.
