I tried to cancel and hotel said there would not be a charge but got charged anyway!!! Disgusted

First of all I spent just a few hours there. I had a 5am flight and wanted to be closer to the airport. Had I done my homework I would have realized it's located behind a strip club, not a big deal except I left the property at 3am, the same time the club empties out. There was some kind of scuffle happening in the parking lot which made me a bit uncomfortable. 2 the walls are paper thin. Mold in room/bathroom. Dirty rug. Musty smell. A/C air odor. Pillows flat.

Going to this hotel was the worst experience in my life. The room assigned to us had the worst smell of smoking, that even my husband couldn’t tolerate. We requested another room but nothing available. We checked out within the hour and had to check in another hotel that ended costing us a much higher price. This hotel should not be part of the Orbitz portfolio considering the awful conditions of the place, their customer base that was greatly scary and it looked like a base for drugs and prostitution.

MALO HOTEL No lo recomiendo tiene cucaracha y las alfombras estan sucias, la recepción descuidada a la entrada del hotel tenia bolsas de basura. Me dieron una habitación que era para no fumadores como la habia pedido cuando hice la reservacion y era olor impreso de cigarro en general NO LO RECOMIENDO.

As soon as walking in we saw dead roach during the night you can see other alive, they wouldn’t give you clean towels unless you bring down your dirty ones down to them house keeping never came to check on the room oh and there’s only one trash bin that’s located in the restroom. Just horrible

AVOID Avoid at All cost!! Roaches and bugs, all the rooms wreak of cigarette smoke. Some rooms leak AC coolant causing a menthol smell and the lady Gretchen is the absolute worst and does not care about anything you tell her. She told me oh well when complaining. This hotel needs to be completely redone!!

I got there late because my plane was 3 hours late. The attendant wouldn’t let me have a room even though she said she saw my reservation She said it was a computer thing. I had to go to another hotel. I’d like to get my money back if that’s possible
