Stay AWAY if you need to sleep well. The elevator had the stench of feces. They put me in a room next to family that stayed up until 3 AM (morning). I can hear their voices (and occasional crying by their kids) even though they were not yelling or screaming. There were rooms available that were not next to other guests—I don’t understand why they put me in a room next to a room with other guests being that the hotel walls are thin as paper.

This was one of the more disappointing stays I’ve had in quite a while. The room smelled bad. The floor in shower was gross. The ice machine was broken. The vending machine barely had anything left in it. We asked for more pillows and we’re told we could only have 2 more. The tv stopped working the second day we were there and we were just told they were trying to troubleshoot it. It was never fixed for the remainder of our stay. Hotel receptionist was not there when we arrived…we stood around for several minutes before someone finally showed up. She was less than enthusiastic. Only one ice machine in the hotel and it was broken…there goes our relaxing evening drink in our room after a long day! Room was spacious, but dated. TV remote didn’t work so we had to go down to front desk to get a replacement. All in all the hotel is less than impressive.

We got stuck at the airport and booked this place. They don’t offer a shuttle which was disappointing as we had to pay for an Uber. It took a few minutes to get the room key and the staff was friendly but she seemed a little out of breath as she was managing the laundry and the front desk of the hotel on a busy night. There was a cockroach in the room. There wasn’t a blanket at first for the pull out bed for our kids as it hadn’t been washed yet, I got it after 30 minutes (it was after midnight by that point). They had no pots or pans or utensils of any kind the first room they gave us someone had used it seemed like they had just got out of the bed and used the bathroom it was completely dirty. When we went downstairs to tell the front desk they didn’t seem surprised seems like that happens all the time. On Expedia it says full breakfast but there is no breakfast only grab and go which is ridiculous. So disappointed would love my money back

They have roaches and the employees don’t wNt to give you refunds
