cockroaches 2 cockroaches gave me the welcoming to the room, I was in the first floor, with very horrible humidity smell. I don’t know what’s happening with these hotels but, being honest, are getting worse every single day.

i lift and went defiant hotel it was not clean couches in bathroom and is smiled like weed i hade my kids with me i did not want that for my kids

Avoid. Better options out there... Dated building needs attention to maintenance. Laminate floors in room are greasy. Fixtures in room are in poor condition. Electrical outlet pulled away from the wall. Slow check-in. Vending machines here are a rip-off! They don't work. Staff know this as they lose their own money but make excuses it is not their problem. They pass the buck as these machines belong to a third-party. Tried cash for a $2.50 purchase. They tried to charge me again after I had paid Orbitz for the room. Delayed check in over an hour late at night for this reason. Son found cockroach in shower. Gave me parking pass at 10pm because did not have them at check in.

Beware of no hot water issues Truly disappointed with the stay here as my room did not have hot water available! The front desk representative could not resolve the issue and would not give me a different room or even a maintenance person to check it. She then went on to say I was welcome to find another hotel! Super infuriating when all that was wanted was some hot running water and a good night sleep. Will NOT be staying here again and surely do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone who cares about hot water and good service.
