AVOID THIS PROPERTY I checked in and was given my room card. Upon entering, I noticed there were no linens or pillows on the bed. I went back to the front desk and was handed a stack of linens for the bed and one pillow. I go back and start to make the bed, the fitted sheet was for a smaller bed so it couldn’t be used. I was exhausted so I left to go get food before it got dark (I was staying alone). Got back to the room, washed my hands, realized there were no towels of any kind. Place was extremely filthy.I found pubic hair in my washcloth. I needed an extra blanket and they made me come down and get it. The hotel was very unclean

I was going to stay with my family for over two weeks at the hotel but was impossible because, our room was infested with cockroaches, all glass windows were dirty, they don't use any cleaning products to disinfect the rooms after it's been used, the hallways we had to hold our breath because they were not smelling, they were stinky... Doesn't have to smell that way we had to spray it even the elevator... Overall the hotel isn't healthy at all, anyone can get an infection or decease specially kids... Awful. People staying there were sketchy. Room, lobby, hallways, etc. were dirty. Found a cockroach as soon as we walked into our room. Found marijuana in the freezer. Staff would not do anything to help or compensate us. I suggest staying at a Hilton hotel.
