do not stay there, never again Terrible, roaches crawling over the place, toilet not clean, toilet not flushing, called front desk but no one never showed up to fix the problem clothes laying in hall way just terrible

This was a very disapointing stay. The look of this hotel is nice but dont be fooled. We were there for 3 nights and they did not provide house keeping it was an extra $10 a day on top of that the hotel is infested with roaches and bedbugs. We asked for an incident report from the manager debrah and still not have recived one. There was so many issues with this hotel i would highly not recommend you bringing family and staying there!!!

They lost a corporate customer I booked a couple of nights here for one of my new hires, since it’s close to my home, while he goes through training. He calls me up the very first night he was sleeping in the room, to inform me of the roach infestation that has even gone into his bag. Nobody was ever at the front desk, and this was confirmed since I tried to complain on various occasions when I would pick them up or drop him off. It had roaches on every wall during our stay, the tap didn’t work, the toilet flooded the bathroom and the manager told us to leave our car (didn’t hand us a parking permit) so it got towed and they wouldn’t pay for the retrieval. All-in-all an awful place.
