It was terrible. I have stayed there several times and this was the worst of all

Stay away! Should have read the reviews before we booked this place. Absolutely disgusting! First off you have to go down to the front desk to ask for everything including the container for ice. The room was filthy & had roaches. Stained/dirty carpets, hair in tub drain that wasn't ours, bullet hole in window, moldy water in rinse aid compartment of dishwasher, cobwebs at the top of windows, etc. Apparently housekeeping only thoroughly every 2 weeks. Homeless shelter but called a Hotel ! Very poor quality for the price of room . Had to go to front desk for all linens , etc nothing in room upon check in . Never was the room cleaned, garbage emptied the 3 nights of stay. Pull out sofa was not usable, mattress was springs covered with cloth, refrigerator didn’t work , was moved to another room that was worse than the first . Shower/tub didn’t drain, hairdryer cracked and not safe to use. Hotel filled with homeless , noisy loud music children playing in halls . Then at check... read more

The AC in our room was broken. It was so hot and muggy. I called the front desk and they said they couldn't do anything to help us. Then the shower sprayed everywhere as it as broken, a bug was in the shower. When I woke up, I had bites on me. We had to checkout so early, I couldn't even tell anyone.

Watch out for roaches! The room was infested with roaches! When I complained they gave me a new room. When I entered the new room I was in shock to realize it was occupied! What a screw up! Never booking here again!

The room I had was outdated. The room and hotel hallways smelled musty like people used to smoke there and the carpet is 20 years old.

I stayed for one night before my flight in the AM. There were people screaming and slamming doors so loud i heard it in my dream thinking aomeone was breaking into the room. I woke up and the noise was unbelievable...how that was able to fly is beyond me. I got maybe 2 hours of sleep. A party hotel to the max
