Dissatisfied Checking in i stood at the counter for a few minutes and had to get the employees attention. My first room smelled like stale smoke. I was moved to another room that had no curtains up at the windows as well as in the shower. The room had been cleaned with an excessive amount bleach. At going back to the desk the manager was called over to see what was the issuse and at me telling her that my first room smelt smokey and this room smells like fritos and has no curtains. En hacer la reservación muy fácil y todo que tenga que ver con la reservación, todo me llegó rápido. Pero en donde hice la reservación cuando fui hacer el cheq in, me notifican que hay reservación pero que no pagué y fue un mal rato. Ya que viaje 3hr para llegar a mi habitación a descansar y no pude.

Would not recommend to anyone. Dirty, bathtub didn’t drain, bugs when we came back, AC barely worked,uncomfortable bed and the pullout couch was a disgrace, one lady at the customer service was kind, the other was very very rude. Please do not stay here even if it is your cheapest option. It is NOT worth it.

Hotel is okay... room comes with bare minimum. Our fridge didn’t work so our things went bad in there. Our room smelt like weed everyday due to neighbors. Very interesting crowd

This was a last minute booking. The room we booked was unavailable and we here given a smaller room with no compensation offered. The room was dated with lots of wear and tear. The sink stopper was stuck in the down position and we couldn’t drain the sink after brushing our teeth. The bed was uncomfortably firm yet the pillows were so soft, they compressed completely flat. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Disgusting hotel! I checked in and headed to the room, on the way there was a man sleeping in the hallway, vomit all over the carpet, smelled like weed, people yelling and then once I opened the room door I seen bugs and old food! It looked like someone had been living there. It seemed like this hotel was a crack hotel. Lots of disgusting people and very dirty. I walked in and walked right back out!

Only in a pinch As soon as we opened the front door and turned on the light, we were greeted by a cockroach. Lights did not turn on, bathroom fan did not work, bath tub walls were covered in mold, and the top blanket had pink stains. Hallways smelled like smoke on one floor and cat on the next. Elevator was broken. If you need to in a pinchC go ahead, if not, go else where.

As soon as we stepped into the lobby we were overwhelmed with the smell of weed. It permeated through the entire first floor, and we could also smell a strong cigarette smell throughout the hall by our room even though all rooms nearby were nonsmoking. There was no remote in our room, the hairdryer was busted, and the fan in the bathroom made a noise so loud that it nearly gave me a heart attack every time I turned it on.
