The layout was great. The room was so dirty Like they only made sure the bed and shower were good. They didn’t vacuum or clean the floor. There were white dried food spots. Even in the closet there was dried up Roman noodle soup. There was food and used face mask under one bed, we didn’t even check under the other one. Do not stay here Cigarette butts on the floor. Reeked of cigarette smoke. Hadn’t been vacuumed. Overall very dingy. Bullet holes in windows.

Staff was great!! Sadly bathroom was dirty, pool closed, and they had no blankets!!! Hotel was fully booked!

I like the service because although the room was a disaster, one of their employees named Christian tried his best to help us. He was very kind and did what he could. Also the manager got in contact with me very fast and refunded me every penny. This hotel just needs to be remodeled and the Corp needs to spend a little more money on maintaining it. We stayed here a few years before and the conditions weren’t so bad.
