It is an updated property. It is good. They did allow me a late check out at 11:45. While most of hotels had opened up their bbq grilling stations to guests, these guys are trying to save a penny. The pool is closed. The bbq grilling station is closed. Even at 11:30 there were kids running back and forth and screaming in the hallways. I had neighbors playing loud music until 12:30 even though I called the front desk. After 12:30 the music was not as loud, but I could not sleep until 2:30 because of the music. I wasn’t not happy with the room my kids have to sleep in the floor, because they didn’t give me the same room I was requesting

Old and tired Panhandlers and streetpeople in the parking lot. Behind a strip club, not a Westshore Business District address..... nice hotels same price all around.

It was definitely not an extended stay for us at this hotel. The minute you walk through the hotel doors you’re greeted with an overwhelming stench of cigarettes and marijuana. The room was dirty, floor in the kitchen and bathroom were sticky. The bathtub was grey from dirt and rose petals were found (left behind from a previous guest) in between the bed and night stands. Not a Good Experience I reserved and paid for a King suite. When I checked in I was told they didn't have anymore King rooms available. I was told they could give me a Queen with a pullout sofa. Got to the room, there was no pull out sofa jist a queen bed. Not enough room for a family of 4. Opened the refrigerator and there was a plate with tinfoil on it that did not belong to us. The AC would not work, so I called the front desk to let them know. They said they would move us to another room. The new room was still a queen a... read more

Stay anywhere but here. AVOID AT ALL COST This hotel is disgusting. I was told they were upgrading us at check in and my reserved queen non smoking room was "upgraded" to a 2 full size bed smoking room. The kitchen garbage was overflowing with the previous occupants garbage and the staff refused to removed it even when asked for our entire stay. the light in the toilet and shower room was burned out. Staff refused to change the bulb so we had to shower a small child in the dark. the toilet was leaking all over the floor. sta... read more

Cleanliness is NOT a priority!!! Stay elsewhere Check in was at 3, rooms weren’t ready until almost 4. There were several guests throughout our stay that requested refunds and left because of the poor conditions due to lack of cleanliness. Used soap in the shower, food still in the fridge from prior guests and some had bugs. One said a roach nest was stirred up because there were so many in an area of his room. We arrived around midnight, waited to have our check in ready, went to the room and few cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Asked to change rooms and at the second room, same thing, full of little cockroaches in the kitchen sink and stove and even inside drawers of kitchen cabinets. We decided to look for another place to stay. Still waiting on the refund.
