Very bad area and very dirty. Tons of adult clubs in the area people fighting and doing things in the parking lot. Kids were scared will never go back

Bed Bug and Mold :-( Rm. 315: While sitting on the couch watching TV and winding down for bed, I discovered a bed bug crawling across the head of the bed. Needless to say, that ended any thoughts of getting a good night's rest. They didn't let anyone know upon check in about the pool being closed. We stayed somewhere else the night before and the pool was open. I work in hotels. Something like this is always passed along to the guest during the check in process. The front desk lady was rude. Then when we found out pool was closed they refused to give us a refund. We literally chose this place for the pool and it's proximity to the airport. We basically ruined 2 days. 2 days were worthless and a waste of money. I'll never be back.
