Where to start.... upon entering the main hallway to our room all I could smell was marijuana. Once in the room, there was a musty smell. The floors had not been swept, carpet had not been vacuumed & I'm not entirely sure the sheets were clean. I found 2 different hairs on one bed & toe nails in the other. No extra sheets for the sofa bed. I know there are restrictions due to COVID-19 but there was no information regarding what changes were made. No pool access, no gym access, & no breakfast. Bed Bugs So many bedbugs in room 212. Family is so disappointed and paranoid. We were offered another room but declined because we weren’t comfortable.

Filthy, No Smoke Free Zone, Hair everywhere If you value your time and expectations I would stop and move on to another hotel right now. We checked in there was no clean sheets, no towels and best of all if you expect a clean room with no evidence of previous guests meaning no hair balls in the bathroom drawers/cabinets than you struck gold cause let me tell you they do the minimum Visual Basic here. Absolutely worst stay...rude & filthy First and last time at an extended stay. The place was filthy. Had to request new bedding 3 times to finally get sheets without hair. After several days request. Housekeeping came to the door one time during the week and asked what we needed but never stepped in. The manager would not allow clean towels to be requested except between 10a-2p. Great Staff and Rooms...Hotel is disgusting!! The room and staff was great (The lady that works the front desk (name starts with a V) was soo helpful with great customer service but the hotel itself is terrible...very dirty, people smoking, drinking, fighting right outside the entrance/exit doors...I watched 2 fights that woke me up...kids running up and down the halls knocking on doors...I thought I was honestly in Public Housing or a shelter! It’s sad cause the rooms are very nice....

ROACHES & STAINES Our room had roaches in it. The carpet completely stained. Bring your own coffee pot. If you are only staying one night you need to have a credit card to pay. You cannot use cash. Something that would have been good to know ahead of time. The morning desk clerk was wonderful and sweet.
