I never received a room it was given away when I already paid for it by the previous shift and no room availability with small kids after flying all day and I'm still waiting in lobby for assist from orbit

The bathroom was dirty and there was a dead roach smashed on the wall. Called front desk to inform them of the problem and was told I couldn't be moved tonight due to being fully booked and they would have a manager call me in the am seeing how we were going to be there for the weekend. Needless to say no one called to check up on the issue and we basically stayed out of our car because we didn't want to take the chance of bringing roaches back to our car or home. I will never stay here again.

Rooms are tiny and the tenants in the building were noisy at all hours.People were outside drinking in the parking lots til all hours . Beds are not comfortable at all. I even tried to check out early but they said it was non-refundable. I will never stay there again.

Close to Tampa airport, is the only thing this hotel has going for it. I would not recommend this hotel to any person.
PÉSIMO Un hotel que no es lo que anuncian menos lo que ofrecen! Para iniciar el mal olor en la habitación y peor aún en camas y almohadas, el desayuno es café con una barrita de cereal y si se acaba ni modo para el que no llego a tiempo, no hay limpieza diaria, lo único bueno es la ubicación ya que está cerca del aeropuerto y algunos centros comerciales pero en general no es un hotel digno de estar en esta página! Jamás volvería!
