When I got to my first room the fire alarm kept going off but wasn’t sending a notice to the front desk so I moved rooms which was fine. When I got to my second room it wasn’t clean. The kitchen area had sticky stuff on the floor and walls, the bathroom wasn’t clean. The toilet didn’t flush, there was mold in the shower on the certain and the tub didn’t drain. There was hair all in the shower like no one cleaned it. The rug in the place was sticky as well. People on my floor where running up and down the halls at 2am, they w... read more

I booked online and they did not give me the rooms I booked and when I mentioned it to the front dest i had to lay an upcharge to switch rooms. The whole stay i got an attitude from the front desk. They gave me and my aunt a hard way to go. We were there for 4 days and throighout the 4 days I asked every day for a broom and did not recieve it once. The phone in the room was broken and it took 2 days to get a coffee pot. You are supposed to call downstairs to get towels with the phone being broke I couldnt do that so i was al... read more

Fleas, Roaches, and Nightly Police Traveling for work, I booked two rooms. Hotels.com would not allow me to put my name on both reservations. I wasn't 100% sure who'd be in the second room, so I put my wife's name down. When I went to check in, the attendant would not allow me to check in the room under my wife's name because she wasn't there. I tried to explain what happened. I pointed out that my name was on the other room, and that my name was on the credit card holding the reservation. It didn't matter. She forced me to ... read more

Stay Away AC was broken. Hotel doesnt want to refund because they said we didnt report it btoken. If I didnt report it then why did they give me another night for $50? They are liars. My wife had surgery, we have been staying here so she can get better before we hit the road. I've never been so mistreated. No AC in Florida? No offer of another room? And hotels.com wont credit me a free night somewhere else or get my money back. I saw this hotel call the cops on a guest every single day because they cannot handle complaints p... read more

Christopher, thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. We were disheartened to read about the issues you had with your room during your stay and hope you will accept our sincerest apologies for what transpired. We genuinely care about each guest that enters through our doors. We ask you to give us another chance to prove we are committed to providing excellent service. We wish your wife well in her recovery and look forward to welcoming you back to our hotel. Sincerely, Hotel Management
No AC Each room has 2 AC units. The entire time we have been here, only 1 has functioned. The other unit kicked off last night at 2 AM and we have been without AC since. This is BS. We should get a free night for dealing with this while we try to sleep. This is supposed to be a nicer hotel than what we are used to, and its a lot more than what we are used to. It sucks to pay this much and something as common as air conditioning isnt working.
Business response:
Christopher, thank you for sharing your comments. We would like to apologize for the issue you encountered with the air conditioning in your room and the discomfort this caused you. Thank you for bringing this to our attention; our engineering staff is working to fix the problems. Once again, we are extremely sorry and would love to have another opportunity to make your next trip an exceptional one. Sincerely, Hotel Management
I booked a room with the this property and so did my mom for the same day and we both prepaid a couple months in advance, I got my room but my mom flew in later that night and took a cab to the hotel at about 10 pm that night just to find out they gave her room away!!! I talk to the general manager and she was gonna look into it but she failed to ever call me back! The FREE breakfast is kinda lacking breakfast, muffins and granola bars that’s it!!
Business response:
Thank you for being our guest. We apologize that we were unable to provide your mom with her accommodation and regret the inconvenience this caused. We are reviewing this situation to see what went wrong in your instance so that such an incident does not happen again. We are also sorry that our grab-and-go breakfast was not appealing to you. We will make a note of your feedback as we plan any changes to our breakfast choices. We hope you will reconsider giving us the chance to make it up to you. Sincerely, Hotel Management
Business response:
We sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations and for not delivering an exceptional experience. While it is always our attempt to deliver an outstanding visit to each guest, we are disappointed that we did not meet this goal during your stay. Please consider giving us another opportunity the next time your travels bring you this way. Sincerely, Hotel Management
