Not clean. Dirty bathroom. Old and smelly. I checked for bugs but didn’t see any.

Sickening and dirty The room we booked was supposed to have 2 beds and a pull-out couch. We were 4 adults and 2 kids. When we got to the room, it was musty, empty cups from previous users and the toilet and tub looked like it wasn't cleaned in a while. There was no couch and therefore no way for all of us to sleep. We went to the front desk and reported this. We were told that this was last room, the couch was broken and nothing could be done. We asked for some sheets and slept on the floor. It was very upsetting.

Go elsewhere We got two rooms, the faucet in the kitchenette did not work in one and the other room was absolutely filthy, it looked like the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There was mold between the tiles and the toilet had mildew. Shower curtain was dirty and the bedspread had a lipstick stain. Don’t even get me started on that filthy sofa bed with suspicious stains on it. Overall just a bad stay. The front desk never seemed to be available when needed either.

I would never go back. They need more checks and balances for housekeeping. Very little toliet tissue in room - less than one roll for double bed suite which is meant for SIX people. No remotes in either room. Asked for sheets for sofa bed - pillows were already in the room - however u have to also request for pillow covers for sofa bed, its not included with the sheet set. The only thing I liked was the convienence, the room had a smell I cannot describe, the pillows smelled musky odor, which I covered with towels to be able to sleep, the room was just not what was described. I only had to sleep so I slept oh and the breakfast was a joke

Do not stay here - lots of other hotels. Dirty, unkept, broken elevators, located directly behind a Penthouse Gentlemen’s Club, some unsavoury guests, noisy, and limited breakfast.
