Absolutely no communication between the front desk personal from one night to another. Was told one thing when I check in another night 2 and a different one when I’m about to check out. Called the corporate customer relations # and they give me something completely different. Rude stuff 2 of the 3 nights. None of them seem to care about their job and seemed miserable to be there. Overpriced, run down hotel. Looked like a drug rehab facility with lots of people sitting in the parking lot smoking cigarettes. When I walked in the first room I was given, the bed wasn't made - obviously not ready for a guest.

Appearances weren't everything The room looked clean until I brought something to eat. Then the roaches came out. If not for that, would have been a 100% good experience.

Good location. room was not cleaned, when we entered our room there were no sheets or pillow cases on the bed. Open and used water bottles on the night stand and trash in the corner. The floor was sticky with a used face cloth in the tub.
