Staff was welcoming and helpful. The rooms had roaches, the bath/shower didn’t work properly, lamps didn’t work and the phone didn’t work. Fridge was clean inside. I used my own blankets… not a clean place. Great staff they did discount the stay due to the roaches

Tenía una reservación, llegué a hacer check in y luego de ingresar mis datos en el sistema me indicaron que no había habitaciones. Es una falta de respeto de Expedia y de Extended Stay America permitir una reservación y no asegurar la habitación. Mi experiencia fue HORRIBLE.
Not a good experience Faulty electrical, only one burner worked our whole stay. no information on how much they charge for a pet fee. Then come to find out they only clean your room after 2 weeks and charge you extra money to do so on top of the hotel and pet fee.
