I am not the one who like to complain but the non smoking room was super smoky with dirty carpet. Told the front desk as soon as I got into the room. She checked it out and said it’s not smoking she said it’s just the carpet and she said the AC need to be on. I said the room is super smoky and ask to change a room . She refused.

Room was in poor shape We had a very late check in due to a flight delay. There were bugs in the carpet. Little black ones that kept getting on our legs and socks. We went back down to lobby and nice gentleman tried to help us but no other available rooms at the hotel. I asked for a full refund. He gave me his managers business card and said he would make note of the issue. He was trying to be helpful but not much could be done at that point. No flush Not great. Rude staff, toilet was broken, roaches, and no secure doors to get into hotel

the staff was help full but the rooms not so clean and roaches in rooms

You get what you pay for. Not in a good way. Teeny tiny even for a “full size” bed, room was not generally clean and the hotel had a general funky smell. You get what you pay for I suppose

First of all, when i arrived, there was no reservation for me. Orbitz completely dropped the ball confirming my reservation date change. I was on the phone with Orbitz for over 30 minutes and never got a resolution. As far as the property, it was obvious that there are some questionable people staying there. In fact, my wife stated she did not feel safe being there. Fortunately we were able to find another hotel nearby and Orbitz refunded my money.
