no hot water and they cloud no fix it or give me another room

This place was terrible. Hotels.com indicates breakfast was included. There was no breakfast...just "free" granola bars.....I stayed one night...It is noisy...you have to ask for dishes.....coffee maker but no coffee mugs/cups....silverware was dirty....likely because there was no dish soap...The woman that checked me in was useless.....the young man that was on after 3 was very helpful.

no return noisy beds uncomfortable service people didn't clean during stay; they only tidy up the bathroom ran out of pillows no adjoining rooms despite having families they tried to put our children on a separate floor

No hotel. It’s a homeless shelter! Checked in with Sister and dogs for three day stay to see my sisters daughter and her children. After being there 2hours found out the hotel rents out the entire third floor to the city who houses some of there homeless there. Good idea if they were under control. One of the shelters residents was passed out in front of room. Both my niece (5)and nephew(7) has to walk by that getting into room. He was badly soiled with urine and fecis. Terrible. WiFi did not work hardly. Dog poop all around... read more

Smokers paradise The hotel smelled like cigarettes as soon as you left the lobby. We had a very difficult time sleeping with the smell penetrating our room. We tried to warm up food in the microwave only to find nasty pubes in there. Will not ever ever ever return.

Not pleased with extended stay First off calling for early check in was a pain, I kept getting different answers from various staff members. Our room smelt like marijuana and my girlfriend was getting nauseous from the smell. Then about 2:30am the people in the room above us got back to their room was extremely loud keeping us awake until 4am. Not happy with our stay what so ever.

They over booked the hotel and transferred us to another hotel. Unable to rate since we did not stay at Extended Stay
