The staff was cold and rude. Our room had a huge part of the ceiling above the tub hanging down from leak damage coming from the floor above us. Carpets were stained and everything was so old and worn out.

disappointed because room was not ready

Sucked Overbooked still haven’t got my refund and it has been a week

Description lies The description said breakfast on the go and there was nothing! The room was very small and had a smell. They also gave us a 3rd floor room. Why do you give guests the 3rd floor when there is no elevator and it’s empty?? The lady in the front desk was not happy to be there nor was she happy to have guests there. I will not stay at this branded hotel again
