I needed to stay here one night as I lost power. It was comfortable, but I went home the next day with bed bug bites. I would never stay here again.

It was completely filthy and they refuse to give me a refund even though it was obviously disgusting. Do not EVER stay here.

Carlos and Elizabeth were the best out of all. First room smelled like cigarette or just dirty. New room was given. Area not look safe. We have to ask for all accessories (coffee maker, coffee, etc. lots of rules were given to us, which shows that the building has lots of complaints. Too old and dirty for me. I am going to give my thoughts on room 204. I asked about the street noise and the front desk clerk said no one has ever complained about the street noise. Our room was in the front of the hotel and the street noise was terrible. Also, our room was old and rundown. The carpet was stained, the furniture and kitchen old and outdated.
