Extended stay away from this hotel Had to wait a couple minutes for a staff member to go to the front desk around 8pm. While checking in I see a sign that says ask for shampoo so I did and he stated there’s shampoo in the room. When I get to the room no shampoo. Already asleep past 10pm and the front desk calls 2 times, (I didn’t answer the first time) to ask how was my check in. Another strike. My son woke up in the morning to find a cockroach in the bathroom. Safe to say I will never book a room here again.

Property is a nice location and confortable enough. We did see staff very offensively evict a family that we found out was unhoused, and threatened to call the police on them in a manner that we do NOT believe is lawful in Alameda County. One of us is an elected official working on these issues and advised the family on their rights. Night shift was very nice, but day shift needs to be reported to local regulators.

No wifi, and according to the front desk, they do not have anyone doing pool maintenance so we were unable to use the pool

The hotel room I was staying in had a used tampon in the trashcan, and blood stains on the wall. The hotel felt like a ghetto apt complex. Dogs barking and people cooking? Terrible experience, I couldn't sleep at night.

The first room that was assigned to us was dirty with toilet paper all over the floor and some in the toilet. We were assigned a second room that smelled like cigarettes. Second room did not have any soap, shampoo or anything to take a shower with. Horrible experience.
