The room that we got is dirty, and very noisy from outside compressor or inside. The noise is so bad coming out from that machine every 5 minutes, i couldn't even sleep all night long.

The place is great if you want to over pay for drug deals on the property, broken glass at doorways, syringes but the dumpster and exposed rusty nails in your room. There is nothing great about this place. The room was “just cleaned” right before I checked in to it and was still filthy. What a dump. The staff was nice though.

Had to check in without going to the room. Got in late and room was not as advertised….couldn’t sleep four. Smelled like someone had smoked in it and smell was covered up with worse smelling chemicals or something. Family was holding their nose and begging to go elsewhere. Front desk apologetic and refunded reservation but stayed that Travelocity would have to process the refund. Can you confirm this was done? Thank you, TD

They don’t have a pool they said they said they use to have a pool ... and they don’t have a gym as well that’s in progress... also the closet was broke in one of our rooms in the deluxe suit and the brake frame was broke in the other ... Dog poop on the ground everywhere because people live here as well .
