The bathroom was disgusting. Toilet seat, & both shower curtains were stained. Walls dirty. The bottom sheet had a stain & the pillows were so flat i had to use all 4 to even elevate my head a little. I didn't bother to complain because I was leaving real early in the a.m. If your looking for a cheap motel setting you may like this spot but its a no for me.

Will not be using this service again Didn't stay. The info. for deposit wasn't disclosed until I submitted the reservation. I could not get a refund

My stay lasted for about six hours. I arrived at the hotel after a long day of travel and got settled in and went to bed. Then a few hours late I was woken up by the individual next door screaming, cursing, and slamming doors and shaking the adjoining door. My whole experience with Expedia and the hotel was absolutely disappointing. I arrived late at night. I had already funded my room through Expedia but the hotel could not receive the funds for some reason and told me to call Expedia. Expedia did not have a phone number listed anywhere. I tried 1800EXPEDIA and got hung up on twice by the robot. I finally got through the virtual chat who resolved the issue. We choosed this property because it suppose to have all stoke up kitchen and find it completely empty. Receptionist told us that we have to bring what we need to the 3d floor. Very dissapointed with the whole chain: broken bath tub, crumbled undersized bed sheets, no blanket, barking dog next door etc. Never going to Extended stay again.
