There were roaches in the suite. Old toilet tissue and not a fresh. Halls smelled of marijuana. Kids next door cried, beat on furniture or some item in their suite. People talked to loud. It wasn’t clean, floors and halls weren’t vacuumed at all

This property was AWFUL. There’s no other way to describe it. Extremely dirty, smells like vomit/seaman/cigarettes and weed even though we were in a non smoking room, in an awful neighborhood-crime city, loud music and screaming outside all night long, banging on the walls, staff was so rude. The ad for this place was false advertising. They make it look so nice online and that is the farthest thing from the truth. A smoke-free hotel that smells strongly of cigarettes and weed in all the rooms and common areas. Nothing gets cleaned properly; my bathroom and bed linens were dirty, and my couch had fleas.

As we entered the room my husband saw and stepped on a water bug. There were more small bugs around, too. The kitchen is absolutely bare so you must request anything you need: glasses, mugs, cutlery, coffee maker, dishtowel, plates, etc. Really inconvenient when you check in after 10 hrs on the road. Not a good value but will do if no other options.

Hallways always smelled of marijuana, was awaken due to occupants on same floor in a dispute in which the police was involved. Room itself in need of major updates such as shower curtains needing replacement, shower itself paint peeling, towels were limited, kitchen had no dishes etc available

When I got to the hotel it took over a hour to check us in because it was only one person at the front desk and she had mad a mistake on four people rooms and had to straighten it out. Then the next day the tv in the room went out for a whole day the lady at the front desk said the power in the whole hotel was out she was waiting on the maintenance man to come fix it . And it be people waiting at the side door trying to get in the hotel that is dangerous.
