Never Again! Our stay wasn’t great. The staff were great. The room was not. There was dust and mold, especially near/on the vents. The remotes were missing battery covers which is dangerous for pets & children. The toilet was loose and rocked back & forth when used. There was water damage to the lamps and paint touched up on the ceiling where the sprinklers were. The room smelled of mildew. There is an oven, stove, and fridge but no pots, pans, plates, or silverware. There was no pool even though it was advertised. Extremely dirty! I was very disappointed.

This is more like short term housing. The hallways smelled like marijuana and there were alcohol bottles and trash all over the place. We checked out early because of the conditions. We are pending a partial refund. The staff was great, but it was not an ideal place to stay w a family and probably should not have been billed under search for a hotel

I cannot speak for the entire hotel, but suite 131 was the absolute worst lodging experience I’ve ever had. I’ll start by saying the room was adequately cleaned and had all the expected amenities. The maintenance however left much to be desired. The toilet rocked back and forth. I was afraid I’d break it and flood the suite. The kitchen table had wobbly legs. I don’t like any negative feedback . Because of I’m also same profession I used work at hotel, I understanding all but I felt unsafe the hotel because I saw other customer using drug activity in the hotel and I heard from next door very inappropriate sounds . I’m really uncomfortable about it . And breakfast wasn’t impress it’s just muffin and coffee everyday . It’s reasonable hotel and location is convenient .but please take care of the more make comfortable for all of customer .

Do not recommend. First time ever traveling and needing a plunger for the toilet. The hallway and at one point our room smelled like weed. Air quality was horrible overall. The hallway smelled like someone wet the carpets and never dried them. The elevator didn’t love the first time we got on so thankfully we were able to get off. The mattress felt like a cardboard with a thin pillow on it. There were flies in one of the rooms. Kitchen came with no plates, utensils or anything.
