Difficult check-in because it was booked by Expedia. Threadbare carpets and just seedy looking in general.

Bad Check in experience was bad. Hotel didn’t have my reservation, gave me a new one, and then charged me for both of them. It was a hassle to get my original reservation charge taken off. Hotel was dirty and not well kept. Room had hairs everywhere from previous guest. Overall did not feel comfortable there. Was worried about my car in the parking lot due to broken class I saw. Bags of trash up and down the hallway. And the hallway smelled liked a dumpster. Checked out at 330am after waking up to hives from the bedding.

The front desk girl was lackluster for a better word, just barely there, which didn’t seem like a problem until we went to our room. We turned on the lights and 5 reddish brown medium sized roaches jumped from the coffee pot to the walls scattering. We quickly exited barley letting our luggage touch the ground. Don't stay here. It is dirty and old!!!! It looked like that the sheets were nit changed. The bathroom is not cleaned properly. You can hear everything what your neighbors do.

I rented a room for my nephew to stay rather than drive 2.5 hours from VA Beach after a concert. However, because he was not 21 the hotel would not allow him to stay. In the meantime, they STILL charged me for the room. And the manager only told me I’d have to take it up with hotels.com. In short, don’t make a reservation there. If you don’t meet their “policy” requirements - which I could not find on hotels.com - they won’t let you stay and they will keep your money anyway.

Bedbugs This hotel has bedbugs. I walked in and, as others have stated, it did not look as expected. The carpets were dirty and stained. One of the windows in the first room we were in was nasty and looked like there was rust or something on it. From the beginning I just had a feeling there were bedbugs. I searched for them and found a carpet beetle on the box spring under the headboard along with hair, fur, crumbs, and dust. I did not find bedbugs until day two I saw one crawling on the wall!
