We checked in late on Friday April 8, 2022. We were getting ready to sleep when we noticed several stains on the bed sheets. I spoke to the front desk lady and asked for her clean sheets or another room, she refused and said she didn’t have any other rooms or clean sheets. I asked if she could give me any sheets at all because ours had dark stains and we didn’t know what they were. She again refused and we ended up sleeping on the cot/ground instead. Terrible place Terrible place. Shower walls were peeling off and the wife and daughter didn’t feel safe and left the place.

Loss of money Got to hotel for my check-in at 1 and because of an audit I could not check in to my hotel after a 4 and half hour drive

Stinky, dirty, smoky and lousy breakfast It reeked of tobacco / smoke but management said they "usually" caught the smokers. Floor nasty. Strange white substance on chairs. Breakfast was your choice of one bar or one stale muffin. The worst hotel experience we've ever had.

We booked this stay and because of the weather we were delayed in getting there. Hotel would not let our 18 year old check into the room. It was 23 degrees outside. He had to then go find a different hotel at 10pm at night that allowed 18 year olds. Ridiculous customer service! Book elsewhere. I would never book here again.
