Unhappy customers Made reservation via hotels.com got to hotel no record of our reservation and they were book. Need a refund due to ya’ll charged us for a no show!!! We DID SHOW UP to be turned AWAY!!!!

We checked in around 8pm. No one at the registration desk. Called out several times and when the staff person finally showed up to check us in, he acted irritated that we had interrupted whatever he was doing. Getting fresh towels felt like an inquisition. As if anyone would want to steal towels from this place. Every interaction with staff left me wondering if customer service died and I missed the funeral. This place has been added to my short list of places to avoid.

Hotel needs better service The room was ok, but there was no cup in the bathroom, no toilet paper, the phone didn't work to call down to the desk. The water in the shower was just barley warm enough.

Needs to be remodeled The bed was very uncomfortable the blanket was old and rough the sheets were very old and stained will choose another hotel in the future this one needs to be remodeled very badly

Terrible I got there and waited 30 minutes for someone to show up at the desk after repeated calls, even corporate couldnt get a hold of anyone. Then i get up in the morning looking for the breakfast that is listed on the website, they have no breakfast and didnt even have coffee. Terrible place, terrible service, wrong info on the website, complete waste of my money, will NEVER stay there again and would really like some portion of my money back.

Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind super,aber das Hotel an sich ist eigentlich nur für Handwerker die auch vor Ort waren abgesehen von der guten Lage,würde ich hier kein Urlaub mehr machen

Horrible, nasty Nastiest place I’ve ever stayed! Smell horrible, dirty, towels were gross! I slept in my clothes didn’t even take a shower as it was so horrible! Sink didn’t drain, tub filthy!
