Not Worth the $ We did not even actually stay for our reservation. The entire second floor smelled like an ashtray. There was construction on the third, so it was super noisy both above us, and from workers outside of our window. The bathroom smelled like weed, probably from the ventilation system from other rooms. We notified the front desk and all she said was "Oh, there are workers directly above you, so it could be them." Not offering to move us or anything. We found a different hotel nearby to stay at.

Convenient but not awesome The hotel was convenient to Baylor and location must be what they charge for. From the outside it looked decent and the pictures of the rooms looked nice. However, the room itself left much to be desired. Not updated. There was a kitchenette, but the refrigerator didn't work (freezer did) and smelled awful. One of the beds had a stain on the sheets. No room service whatsoever. Horrible odor The room had a horrible odor, the bathroom had pelvic hair all over and there was spider webs and spiders in the room as well. When I asked when they were going to come and do the bed, they told me that I have to make my own bed, there is no room service. So, I had to put the dirty towels in a bag and bring to the front desk for them to replace it with clean towels and I did my bed myself. Awful There was no hot water, shower didn't work. Staff had no clue what was going on. They called and told me they had no room for me half way through day. Check in staff said they had plenty of rooms.

Worst Hotel I have ever stayed at. Dirty, disgusting, old, should be shut down by the health department. Will never stay in an Extended Stay America again.

worst stay for the money!!!! the carpet was so dirty; my socks won't come clean even with bleach. having to rewash a 3rd time. the hotel was VERY overpriced. stay here every yr for a reunion because of the kitchen. but can't be trusted with the dishes. will be finding a better hotel for the reunion attendees to stay.

NEVER AGAIN!!! the room was disgusting. the carpet had so many visible stains, I was scared to walk on it. the hotel smelled like an stale ashtray. even in my non-smoking room you could smell the stale cig smoke in the room. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

Dirty shame... I never give bad reviews for hotels unless there is a clear reason. This hotel was very dirty. Carpet stains in room, trash in hallway, roaches in bathrrom and rusty refrigerator. I wouldnt even walk barefoot in this room, and I am not a germ-o-phobe. Nothing against the people that helped at the front desk, they were courteous. But, please people clean your hotel and provide proper pest control.
