Run down Run down, worn out and dumpy. Staff was not very helpful.

Nice Location - Visibly Old and not taken care of The room was a smoking room and as a smoker I thought the room smelled disgusting. Its like hotel staff never performed any deep cleaning. I would have expected the carpeting curtains etc to have been cleaned on some schedule clearly they were not. The window was left open with no screen to allow the room to air out at least. To echo the negative comments from a previous reviewer, I attempted a late check-in and found myself locked out of the hotel, as no one answered the front desk extension. I was stuck in the vestibule for 10 minutes before a guest inside let me in. Once inside, I dialed the front desk extension from the lobby phone while calling the hotel's main line with my mobile. An answering service picked up, but neither apologized nor offered a solution. A guest came in and helped me by banging on some door. I don't know how he knew how... read more

We have a staff member on site 24 hours per day to assist guests with their needs, while completing their other duties during the overnight shift which does cause them to be away from the front desk at times. Poor choice of a hotel chain Room was not cleaned well. There were missing essentials as in toilet paper and towels. No warm greetings just not a pleasant place.

Awful experience and expected more. I was extremely disappointed in this Hotels.com reservation at the Extended Stay America. While I didn't expect luxury comfort, I do expect a minimum of service and hotel amenities. I checked in late and there was no front deck representative. I was provided my room key by someone from the housekeeping staff. The air conditioning was not working and the room was hot, not warm but hot. Terrible Service and Poor Comfort Smells like musty moldy smoke throughout the hotel Key didn't work 5 different times and had to get a new one Locked out of hotel at night as a result of the key situation and had to call to be let in Front desk employee was the most casual employee Ive seen working at a hotel (eating a pizza while helping guests is weird) Overall a really uncomfortable stay.

Staff opened the door at 12:30am. This was a disgusting hotel. The pictures online must be from the day this hotel opened. The bathroom had mildew and the whole room just had a dirtiness about that can be described (stains, dirt, sticky services, etc). The icing on the cake was when a staff person attempted to open the at 12:30 in the morning to let a drunk man into "his room," WRONG this wasn't his room and why did the employee not verify that fact. HORRIBLE experience I don’t know how a hotel room that I booked, AND PAID FOR IN FULL, a month in advance was not available to me when I got to my destination. I don’t know if Extended Stay gave my room away or if Hotels.com really doesn’t “confirm” with the hotel that you have booked a room. However, I WILL NEVER book through Hotels.com again.
