Awful service nothing but expensive motel by hour The hotel staff at front desk literally cussing as she decided to QUIT while I was needing paperwork printed, breakfast, invoice on Check out and to pay! Horrible experience. Breakfast was granola bar and coffee. Poor wifi. Loud hallways. No one cleaned room entire 3 days. Stole towels off the maids cart

A cost effective DUMP! This was a place of choice for some time, until this stay. Over the past few months it has rapidly gone down hill. Dirty, the hallways and rooms smell of cigarette smoke, damp, the coffe pot they gave me had old coffee grinds with mold growing out of it. Disgusting. Unresposive and rude front staff. Both told me they would bring me a codffice pot and, after two hours, I went down, got the moldy one, went back down and got a new one. This was an aweful experience. NEVER AGAIN!!! HORRID!!!!

DON'T EVER STAY HERE!! It was the most terrible experience at a hotel I have ever had!! First we arrive at the hotel which was fine until check in we checked in and they gave us our first room key YES FIRST ROOM KEY! we go to the room and try to unlock it only to find out that there was someone already booked to that room! so we headed back to front desk to let them know it was a mix up, they said sorry and gave us a new room so we head there and we tried to unlock it and the door was lock! why? because they had given us ano... read more

worst place ever Kept awake all night by people entering & exiting side door that had no lock or security. No staff overnight. Room had no accommodation, not a cup for water, or a coffee pot. Found the only trash can under the sink. What was suppose to be a non smoking room. I ended up w a headache & congestion, that would clear when I stayed out of the room. Wondered what was smoked in there. Never stay there again...

Do NOT stay here! Not what I expected for an Extended stay hotel. Room had a kitchenette but the fridge was old and dirty. You have to ask the front desk for utensils, plates, cups, things that are normally already in a room with a kitchen or kitchenette. (They didn't tell me this at check-in) Check out is at 11am which is fine but housekeeping came banging on the door at 930am. Saying check out? My worse hotel experience ever! When I arrived the front desk staff were very pleasant. I checked in with no issues. But, when I arrived to my room the smell of funk hit me like a ton of bricks. I immediately went to back to the front desk to request a new room to which I was accommodated. When I got off the elevator to the second room, there was a strong smell of marijuana in the halls and the key didn't work so I had to go back to the front desk.
