We were told that we would need to bring our towels and such to the dest to exstange for clean ones. No maid service. the place smeeled like a truck stop hotel. We did not stay the night. we left after 10 minutes. We have not received a full refund.
I will never go back
Free breakfast is advertised but it was only packaged muffins and bad coffee.
The staff is not well trained in customer service
The room wasn't clean when I checked in. I had to clean my own room. They never have clean sheets or towels available. I've had to buy my own towels, wash clothes, pot, pans and dishes. You guys should not advertise this property.
Not a fan. Have to constantly ask for things. Received dirty kitchen utensils and glasses that hadn’t been cleaned or sterilized as advertised. Still waiting for my final receipt to be sent to me. Poor customer service!
You get what you pay for. I went inside the room, I knew then, I am not staying here. I regret, not getting the insurance to cancel my reservation. I went to Marriott, on Duke St, got a room, and paid for it. Extended Stay America, SUCKS. So, I lost money, but, I slept well. Don't stay at this hotel
