The three rooms had a weird smell. Floors were dirty and even though we had the ac on 70 degrees, the room mas hot. Humid. Without air

This was my first experience at an Extended Stay. The staff was pleasant and responsive to our needs. The iron in the room didn’t work, it took a while, but we did receive a replacement. We arrived mid evening, checked in, dropped our things off in the room and were only there overnight.

I was surprised at how dark the room was and smelled like smoke even thought the hotel is non-smoking. I had to go out to get air freshener. The beds were comfortable, but there was no coffee maker or coffee cups in the kitchenette. The staff was friendly but it was very dated and some of the furniture in the room was damaged.

I would give it a C I only stayed one night but for those staying longer, I wouldnt recommend it. The room is small so if you cook the smells will permeate the entire room, including your clothes. The bath towels are very small and there is no counter space in the bathroom to put your toiletries and personal items on. There is an extra work table - maybe instead, the table should be moved to the bathroom. The coffee, tea and granola bars are appreciated but maybe it shouldn't be promoted as free breakfast.
