Reservation was for two rooms for two nights. Property manager said the Orbitz transmittal was in two pieces so the 2nd nite was treated like a new reservation. I refused to sign the 2nd night rate that was $30 higher per room and Mgr threatened to send police to room to kick me out. I signed under duress and marked out the new rate and put in the original rate. Mgr agreed to the original rate in the morning. They blamed Orbitz.

Stay elsewhere Place needs a facelift. Housekeeping should check cabinets, found a leftover Burger King meal half eaten.

Reception staff not knowledgable about local area. Rooms run down. Very basic. Would not return.

Room appeared dingy and uninviting. Lack of kitchen amenities made it look "cheap". Staff were somewhat indifferent to our requests. We expected at least a minimal level of kitchen to be equipped with at least proper glasses, dinner plates and paper towels. Otherwise, the amenities were useless to us and disappointed us. We chose Extended Stay America for the specific reason of having a working kitchen available to us.

Checked out early it was so unsanitary!! The hotel was the worst I’ve ever stayed at. Very unsanitary as if never cleaned. There was broken appliances and furniture. We found fleas in our bed and hair in the bathroom shower. Stovetop would not work. They gave us pots to cook with that were dirty and burnt. Freezer didn’t keep food frozen. The shelf in the closet was broken and hanging. Overall, nothing was as pictured on the website. We are extremely disappointed and will never return there.

Terrible and unprofessional front desk customer service. Dirty floors and rooms and drug addicts on the premises I will never stay there again!

Filthy First assigned room had crumbs in kitchenette and dead bugs in the tub. Changed rooms only to find later that sheets hadn’t been changed (hairs!), floor throughout was sticky, and the towels were stained. My kids and I had to sleep on top of the blankets. Two night stay turned into one because it was so gross! Thank goodness we had friends we could stay with because all other local hotels were booked!! Waiting to see if refund for second night comes through.
