People at front desk don’t like helping you. hallways smell like weed. Our room smelled like feet. Everything looked dirty and rundown. Beds were itchy. Just a terrible stay.

It reeked of cigarette, even though it was a non-smoking room. The refrigerator was so dirty.

The property was fine. I found a bed bug and that was disappointing!

Do not stay here. It’s run down, dirty and does not feel safe at all. For three days no one from house keeping showed up to clean the room or offer towels. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

The hotel has non smoking signs all over the place but the first thing you smell when you walk in is smoke, you guys could do better, smell, appearance and cleanliness are key Sheets and covers had burn marks,

Room is but well cleaned and you can see bugs in bathroom and stain in bed

I waited eleven minutes to have front desk staff show up to check me in. Then I had to ask them to stop with the laundry as I was trying to check in. Then staff incorrectly charged my card and I was woke up at 11:32pm to come down and correct the employees error. Definitely not a place for professional business travelers.
