You could smell all kinds of smoking stuff in the hallway. I asked for a non-smoking room but the room I was given had a stench in it.

I had to wait 2 hours for my room because the system shut down

I would not recommend this filthy place to any one. If I could I would upload the pictures and video I have. So you could see it. Is disgusting.

Long past experience with extended stay ued to be good quality. Present experience is gross. I smelled smoke coming in through my door all night long. The sheets had obviously not been changed and had spots and stains on them. There was dirt everywhere. My feet stuck to the floor it was so sticky. There were two lights that didnt work. At arrival did not look clean at all. Room had a weird odor, we could use shower was not working properly. Staff was not professional. Very dissatisfied with this location will be my first an last in this property or same property brand

Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Room smell smacked me in the face as soon as I opened the door. Kitchenette was old and dingy. Lighting was terrible, I was afraid to walk on carpet with bare feet, shower dripped all day and night and the AC unit was so loud it woke me up at night. I would never stay here again.

Laundry room drying machine produced only cold air. This happened twice. Elevator was out of service on checkout day. Waited for half a day and no repair was started. We were forced to carryheavy luggage down stairways without any help from hotel people. Horrible experience .
