The hotel has non smoking signs all over the place but the first thing you smell when you walk in is smoke, you guys could do better, smell, appearance and cleanliness are key Sheets and covers had burn marks,

Room is but well cleaned and you can see bugs in bathroom and stain in bed

I waited eleven minutes to have front desk staff show up to check me in. Then I had to ask them to stop with the laundry as I was trying to check in. Then staff incorrectly charged my card and I was woke up at 11:32pm to come down and correct the employees error. Definitely not a place for professional business travelers.

The Worst hotel ever! this was perhaps the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! The room was not cleaned properly. The first issue was there was a turd in the toilet as I went in the bathroom. There were long hairs on the shower stall and red dyed hairs in the sink which made me realize the bathroom had been over looked. the room smelled like old cigarettes, I was told it was a non-smoking room. Dirty, poorly staffed, dingy. How do I get my money back - this was a horrible experience - and certainly not worth the money spent

nothing was acceptable because the front desk person had no clue that we had a reservation and said only 1 room was available when we had 2 so we left and went elsewhere
