Elevator was out of order, climb the stairs way to 3rd floor. Plus, as far as location on a hill, had to take stairs to get to lower ground. Lots of stairs but pleasant stay

Understaffed, lacking in supplies There was one person in front desk that seems to do everything -- checking in guests, providing towels, doing laundry, etc. The requested bedsheets & pillows for our sofa bed were finally available after 3 attempts. They were given to us directly from the laundry, unfolded in a plastic garbage bag.
