I wish the facility would put hand rails in more bathrooms. My mother who is 91 had a hard time as we couldn't get an accessible room the first night. Otherwise our stay was good.

It is predictably fine. The hotel staff is pleasant and helpful, otherwise non-intrusive. Appreciate the usually fast and stable internet with the option to upgrade internet speeds. Pretty convenient to local shopping and the highway, but out of the way of heavy traffic.

No dishez Had to ask for dishes. They didn't a full set. Had to ask for a sink stopper, dish soap and body/shower soap. The room smelled musty but after a little I didn't notice it.

We were in a non-smoking room that smelled of lingering smoke. It made it difficult for me to relax and fall back asleep. The cleanliness rated had to do with the air quality not the surfaces, which were fine.
