Hubo corto mientras estábamos en la habitación
Another great stay at this location. The staff were excellent once again. Housekeeping was responsive, fresh linens were plentiful. The room was well maintained.

We had a non smoking room that reaked of cigarette smoke. It saturated every thing. Had trouble breathing because it was so strong.
When we got there, we were told that there were no rooms available, despite the fact that we had a confirmed reservation. Another couple was trying to check in at the same time that we were, and they were also told that there were no rooms available even though they also had a confirmed reservation. The two employees at the desk were rude and refused to even try to find somewhere else to stay. When I asked to speak to the manager, they refused. I will never stay in an Extended Stay America hotel again.
