We arrived at the hotel which we pre paid through Expedia for. I was told that my credit card was declined and that I would need to pay now for the rooms. My father pays before I am able to bring up my reservation. After I prove to them I already paid with Expedia they refuse to credit my father back. The woman at the desk tries to give me some weak explaination of why they think it was declined even though I can see it was paid on my credit card over a month earlier. Horrible WiFi The room overall was great! However, the WiFi was horrible and they wanted to charge an extremely fee for better service which upset me because it stated when I booked the room it had free WiFi! I finally had to take advantage a a day service for the WiFi for a total of 5.99 and I just noticed on my transactions the property charged me 22.99 and I can’t get anyone to reverse this charge! I am very unhappy about this charge!

Okay Experience was okay. Front desk attendant was not so great
