Room had odd smell to it. It smelled like the person before smoked weed in the room and then when they left, the housekeeping staff tried to cover it up with cleaning chemicals. The whole hotel did have a weird odor to it. Other than the smell, room was clean and staff were nice.

The customer service at the front desk was very unresponsive. There were 11 people smoking marijuana throughout the parking lot which made it very uncomfortable having my grandson with me. The folks in the parking kept staring as I unloaded my car which made me nervous. Don't feel safe at this hotel

There were no sheets on the bed, no hot water to bathe in, no ice machine, no fresh or bottled water, no utensils in the kitchen, no breakfast as promised. When I complained to the desk clerk she said there was nothing she could do about it and that the room should not have been rented to me under those conditions. I need a full refund!

Checking in at 9 pm was a headache. No one was at the desk and it took me more than 20 mins to get somebody to check me in. There was food from the previous guest left in the microwave. Day time staff was nice and helpful.
