Front desk was very nice, professional, and helpful.
The staff was friendly. The room was a decent size and the bed comfortable enough. But the room needed a little more attention to detail from the cleaning staff. I would say that the public areas were cleaned better than the rooms. And they seriously need to update their basic first-aide kit and the grounds men should do a better job with spreading the ice-melt.
Ugh ok for a one night stay Wasn’t the cleanest hotel. Beds were super hard.
Not working today Elevator wasn’t working and Card key didn’t work 3 times
Lacking integrity First rooms shower looked as if it wasn't cleaned for some time with hairs everywhere, one of the washcloths was full of sombodies hair, when brought to the attention of staff I was told I would be given 15% refund for inconvenience but it turned out to be only $15, barely pays the tax for one night
