The bed and pillows were comfortable. The only problem was the floors: they were sandy and gritty, as if they had not been vacuumed. Also, there was debris in the bathtub, and the bathtub drain was closed and there was standing water in the drain. Everything else seemed to be clean.

Not great but not horrible Our stay was alright! We had a queen bed room with a kitchen. The kitchen was a nice touch and nice to have, but we were not staying long enough to utilize everything in the kitchen. You had to ask the front desk for the kitchen amenities which wasn't conveniently already in the room. It said on the paper that these things would be delivered to the room but my boyfriend had to walk down to the desk and brought back a heavy tuber ware full of pots pans utensils etc. Everything was clean which was ni... read more

Stay elsewhere The clerk checked me in to a dirty room and when I went to get it corrected instead of being apologetic he rudely tells me about their non-smoking policy. He should be as concerned about cleaning the room as general policy all hotels have. Mind you he was making an assumption because I gave no indication as I do not smoke. The next morning I was locked out of my room and it took at least 10 min to get someone to come to the desk to make a key. Then EXACTLY at check out time they come knocking on my door.
