Room was given away after it was booked. was given a smaller room and an "oh well" attitude. all of this happened hours before check-in. What's the purpose of booking through Hotels.com if you run the risk of not getting what you booked??

Emergency room Me and my 3 girls got put out of my father and Stepmother's house because my step mom has something against me and we needed a place to stay immediately that was going to be affordable and comfortable. This place was just what we needed after the day we had of that non sense.

First room had electrical problems. We were placed in a new room and giving a credit James the night manager had exceptional customer service.

James has AWESOME customer service skills!!! In our first room the electrical outlets did not work. James, the night manager, was AWESOME. Got us a working room and the rest of our stay was good!

Great 2 days! The room was excellent. Very clean and so comfortable. The staff was so so accomodating and nice. Whenever I'm in town, I'm staying here.
