First room had electrical problems. We were placed in a new room and giving a credit James the night manager had exceptional customer service.

James has AWESOME customer service skills!!! In our first room the electrical outlets did not work. James, the night manager, was AWESOME. Got us a working room and the rest of our stay was good!

Great 2 days! The room was excellent. Very clean and so comfortable. The staff was so so accomodating and nice. Whenever I'm in town, I'm staying here.

It was perfect for us We were tired and happy and greatful to stay at extended stay in MD on our way to OH. it was perfect for us.

It was fine, only thing there was not coffee in the room at our disposal. We had to go to the lobby to request some cups. Other than that, the stay was comfortable
