Room smells like an ashtray Hotel desk tried to double charge me for the room. Check in took more than 20 minutes even though I was the only client at the desk. Room smelled cigarettes
Dirty and musty I was here this past weekend. Really nasty smelly hotel. The elevator walls where grimy and our room smelled really bad! It reeked of cigarette and it was musty. Don't be fooled by the breakfast the website says is available. Breakfast is a stand in the lobby that consists of packaged muffins, granola bar and coffee. They did not even offer water! There was absolutely no dispenser for cold water! Horrid place.
Worst place and service!!! Worst service and hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The room is just sweep cleaned and musty and AC doesn’t work. Trash and cigarette butts everywhere outside. No service would’ve been better than negative service I got! I guess you get what you paid for, but I would rather sleep in my car than staying at this place. I needed to stay one more night but I decided to pay more than double the money and went to better hotel and it was worth it! Furniture in horrible shape, floor sticky, ac barely cooled the room.
Wouldn't stay there again The room smells like pet urine.
Unprofessional accommodations From check in to check out this experience was disappointing. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and when I asked to changed room the clerk told me she didn’t think it smelled and I should stay. The amenities like dishes sheets etc I had to get on my own. The breakfast as advertised consisted of a muffin and coffee. The floor had marijuana odors with loud partying all night long.
Poor services - book at your own risk Sketchy people living in the hotel. They do not make your room. The rooms are stuffy. We were there for two days and they never made our room. The bedsheets and blankets are old and stinky. I will never stay in this hotel again.
